The WILD Reset
A 12-week midlife awakening for men ready to reclaim power, purpose & instinct.
A 12-week nature-based program combining coaching, accountability, and outdoor challenges to create real transformation—because lasting change happens when the mind is challenged, the body moves, and the environment shifts.
What Is The Wild Reset?
WAKE
Reconnect to body, awareness & instinct.
The Wild Reset is built around four primal phases:
The WILD Framework
INTERRUPT
Break patterns & limiting beliefs.
LEAD
Clarify vision, values & direction.
DISCIPLINE
Build rituals & habits that last.
My coaching approach helps men 35–55 break out of the midlife grind and reclaim the purpose, power, and instinct they’ve buried under responsibility, pressure, and routine. Through a nature-based, 1:1 coaching journey, men reset their identity, interrupt old patterns, and rebuild clarity and confidence for the second half of life.
This work gives men:
• Clarity about who they are and where they’re going
Most men reach midlife feeling directionless, restless, or disconnected. The Wild Reset provides structure, reflection, and grounded guidance to reconnect them with identity, values, and purpose.
• The ability to break lifelong patterns
Through the WILD Framework—Wake, Interrupt, Lead, Discipline—clients learn to recognize and break the habits, roles, and stories that have kept them stuck for years.
• A return to instinct, confidence, and inner strength
Nature immersion, ritual, and embodied practices reconnect men with primal clarity, calm, and presence—the qualities that get buried under stress, work, and expectation.
• Sustainable rituals and accountability
This isn’t motivation. It’s transformation backed by systems. Men develop daily rituals, outdoor practices, and simple, repeatable disciplines that create lasting change far beyond the 12 weeks.
• Action, momentum, and the courage to lead their life
With direct coaching, honest conversation, and consistent support, men step into leadership in their relationships, careers, health, and inner world.
The Result:
Men become more grounded, more aligned, more decisive—and more themselves. They stop drifting. They start leading. They turn midlife into initiation instead of decline.
